Let's Break The Rules
Water sport can be relaxing too. Yoga outside of the studio!! Picnic on the sea and also hava a fabulous SUP birthday celebration! We are eager to have it all happening again. Thanks Oxbold and also the instructor, Wilson for giving us these memorable experiences. by Evonne39 - Sep 2021

Hospitality and great gear
Had the pleasure of renting an SUP board from Oxbold in Pahang for the whole day. Board, paddle and life jacket are in great condition, well-maintained. Oxbold's rep, Steven is warm and very helpful- giving me tips on where to head out on my solo paddle. Very quiet beach,
which means you have the whole ocean all to yourself! by Safari53727859159 - Dec 2018

Michael is a star
It was our first SUP lesson. Michael was patient, informative and friendly.Highly recommended. He made us feel so welcome. by Lee F - Nov 2018

Stand Up Paddling at Putrajaya
A group of us went for SUP in Putrajaya, which is run by Oxbold's partner company Flyboard Malaysia. Overall a very pleasant experience as the instructor was friendly and he provided clear instructions. by Roam51273808111 - Jun 2019

The fast-growing sport of Stand Up Paddling (SUP) is a fun, easy way to go and play on the water. Standup paddling is a very cool sport that provides you with countless fun and adventure! With a minimum of equipment, you can paddle anything from the ocean to lakes and rivers - no waves required.

Stand Up Paddling is becoming a very popular water sport. Stand Up Paddleboard begins on the flat water lake, where you can get your balance on the oversized boards. Standup boards are larger and more stable than surfing longboards, which makes them more stable. The boards are ridden standing up, so some initial balance is required. The rider uses a long-shafted paddle for propulsion and steering. There are different strokes you can learn to help you turn and to make you go.

StandUp Paddling has grown into a worldwide phenomenon. It has become many things to different people; a recreational water sport, a competitive sport, and a great way to get a core workout. You do not require any previous experience or super fit to try the Standup Paddling sport. Therefore it appeals to all ages, young and old. This makes it a great activity that families can share and do it together. People of all body shapes, sizes, and ages are engaging in paddle boarding as a fun fitness activity for a full-body workout.

SUPing can be a low impact or high impact exercise depending on your intensity using a combination of balance, strength, core, and endurance. With so many ways to paddleboard from racing, surfing, yoga, touring, and recreational and it burns a lot of calories you may be surprised!

What are the benefits of paddling?
Paddling helps improve mental health and helps lower stress levels. It helps improve core strength and stability. Some benefits of a stronger core are it helps prevent or reduce back pain, helps improve balance and enhances mobility.

It helps to reduce the risk of wear-and-tear on joints and tissues, since paddling is a low-impact activity, paddling also a great way to burn away that stubborn belly fat.
