What's an Experience eVoucher?
It's a gift voucher for an unforgettable experience day, such as driving a drift car or flying a helicopter. Vouchers are valid for up to 6 months and can be personalised with a name
and message which will appear in the eVoucher. You just print or receibved by email or post mail hand the eVoucher to the lucky person you bought it for and they then book the experience in their own time using the contact details provided in the eVoucher. Simple!
How do I choose and buy an Experience eVoucher?
We've worked hard to make choosing and buying an experiencee voucher online a really simple process. Just follow these easy steps:-
Pick an experience
Think about the person you are buying for, what do they like doing. Then look around our website in the sections most appropriate. For example, if they've always wanted to fly an airplane, them check out our 'Aerial Sports' section on the pull down menu where you'll see a list of the various experiences we offer, their prices and where they take place. Click on the button on the Right Panel below for further details about each experience and when you've finally decided which one will be the perfect gift, click on the button like PayPal Payment Button or Booking Form or Contact Us Form and we'll also happily take your order
over the phone.
Complete the Booking Form
The Booking Form is very simple and should only take you a couple of minutes to complete. Fill in the Description Box to tell us who the voucher recipient name and let us know the message you would like to appear on the eVoucher (e.g. Happy Birthday! Have a great time from Jen, Dave and family), your name, address, email and telephone number and a delivery address if you would like the eVoucher sent straight to them.
Then click on the Submit button which will take you to a page verifying the details you have entered.

All activities booking must make at least 7 days in advanced to ensure your placement is available due to some circumstances that unavoidable and out of our control, for example:
Weather Conditions, monsoon affected activities, available of the aircrafts, drift cars, pilots, instructors, guides & etc, resort room availability, coach arrangement, insurance purchase, permit application etc.
We are engage with experienced people who are experts in their respective fields, which may also involved in international competitions, events, trainings and/or projects.
Please to be reminded that, for booking less than 72 hours prior to your activities date will be considered as 'Last Minutes Booking'. A surcharge will be imposed to your booking.
Changes of bookings cannot be made through this website, and must be made directly with your email respond. Changes to bookings cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
At the completion of the booking process you will receive a notice stated you had sent an email to us and our team will response to your email within 24 to 48 hours.
For group booking that more than 20 people and above, more time is required to coordinate. Hence please book in advanced to ensure allocation availability of your group.
All booking will be based on full payment prior to the activities date with minimum 3 days for 1 to 2 person/FIT and 7 days above for group booking. A Confirmation Letter will be issued after full payment is received by us. Your Confirmation Letter will list out all the important information for your booking like your name, type of activity, date and time of activity. It also includes the contact person name and phone number of your instructor, guide and driver (If you hire a coach/car/van from us), Google map link, GPS coordination code and etc.
Payment can be made via Interbank Transfer, Cash, ATM Deposit, PayPal (please include Paypal Tax in your payment) and Cheque (Confirmation Letter will be issued after your cheque payment is cleared).
No further charges will be imposed by us by using this website relating to your payment transaction or currency charges. You may incur additional currency conversion charges from your bank or Credit Card companies. If you pay in other currency beside Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) (eg Euro, US Dollar, British Pound etc), you must include the bank service charges.
Bookings made on this website can be cancelled by reply directly from the email that you sent the booking form. Cancellations can be made via email at any time in advance of arrival date. The following conditions apply to cancellations received on email as following:
Note: the number of days will be difference depend on activities, please check the Cancellations policy of each sports/activities you are signing up!
• 14 (Fourteen) days prior to arrival with email or call notice: Full Refund
• 7 (Seven) days prior to arrival: Charge 20% from total package amount
• 3 (Three) days: Non Refundable
• Insurance payment is non-refundable
• Coach/Van/Car transport services is non-refundable
• No show or UN-USED Service, 100% of payment made will be forfeited
The insurance coverage and coach/transport services are non-refundable. We practice 100% Money Back GUARANTEE on sports packages to our clients, if you fulfil our booking, payment and cancellation policy.

Check your order and pay
Once we received your Booking Form, our people will reply you email. Check the details you have order are correct and proceed to payment. You may choose pay via Cash direct bank transfers to our bank account, Tele Transfer or click on the PayPal button to be taken to PayPal Payment Service Provider's to fill in your credit/debit card details.
(Note: We use PayPal,
PayPal is an online payment method that is fast, safe and secure to make an online payment, receive money or set up a merchant account. It hides your financial details and also ensures that your purchases are protected. Should there be a problem, PayPal ensures that you get back your money.)
Once you have completed the cash or credit card payment process your work is done! You will receive an email confirming we have received your order which will contain your Booking Number. Your eVoucher will be email out within 1 to 2 working days and you choose to be post, it should arrive within 3-5 working days.
