How to Buy a Gift Experiences
What's an Experience Gift Ideas Voucher?

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months based on the date of making full payment, it can be personalised with a name and message which will appear in the Gift Voucher. You will received the Gift Voucher by email as a Jpeg file from us after making the full paymnet, you either can print it out and hand over or email the Gift Voucher to the your recipient you bought it for and then they will book the experience in their own time within the 3 months period using the contact details provided in the Gift Voucher or to email us with the Gift Voucher number for verification. That Simple!

How do I choose and buy an Experience Gift Voucher?
We've worked hard to make choosing and buying an experiencee voucher online a really simple process. Just follow these easy steps:-

Pick an experience

Think about the person you are buying for, what do they like to do most and the things they want to do, talk the most or to achieve. Then look around at our website in the sports sections and use the pulldown menu either for Aerial, Water or Land sport which match your ideal gift.

For example, if they've always wanted to fly an aeroplane, then check out our 'Aerial Sports' section on the pulldown menu where you'll see a list of the various experiences we offer, the prices and where the activity takes place will be shown up after you click the activity name.

Also, check out the Right Panel of the webpage on each page for more details about each experience, and when you've finally decided which one will be the perfect gift, click on the Booking Form and click 'Yes' on the Buy as Gift Voucer for someone else, we'll also happily take your inquiry over the phone or via WhatsApp.

Complete the Booking Form

The Booking Form is very simple and straightforward and should only take you a couple of minutes to complete.
Just click on the YELLOW Colour BOOKING Button on the Sport Package Page you wish to purchase as a gift and fill in your name, email and contact number.

At the empty Message Box, just fill in whose the voucher recipient name and let us know the message you would like to appear on the Voucher (e.g. Happy Birthday! Have a great time from Jen, Dave and family), for not more than 100 characters! If you are not sure what to fill yet, just leave it blank.

In the BOOKING Form, please scroll down to the bottom and tick 'YES', to Buy as a Gift Voucher column, our people will get back to you soon in the same day or next day.

Check your order and pay

Once we receive your Booking Form, we will reply to your email. Check the details of your order, if it's correct then proceed to payment. You may choose to pay via online bank transfers to our bank account, we will reply to the booking and listed all the payment gateways for you to choose which payment method is convenient for you to pay.
For Credit Cards, you can pay via PayPal, Stripe, and Wise service provider's to fill in your credit/debit card details.
Please send us the proof of payment copy via email or WhatsApp for payment verification, thanks!

Received Gift Voucher

Once you have completed the online transfer or credit card payment process, your work is done! You will receive an email confirming we have received your order which will contain your Booking Number. Your Gift Voucher will be email out within 1 to 2 working days to your email.

Redeem your Gift Voucher

I have a Gift Voucher, what do I do next?
Instructions on how to use your Voucher are provided in the Voucher. Just call us or email to tell us your Voucher Number to activate your Gift Experience for the day and time in advance at least 1 to 2 weeks you wish to redeem it. We will will check your Voucher Number and verify you are the recipient and proceed with your booking.
