1. Is SphereCraze Zorb Ride safe?
SphereCraze or Zorb Ball ride is classified as an extreme sport. However, we have been operating since 2006 until now and have a 100% safety record.
2. What do I need to bring?
If you have already pre-booked throught our agent or event company then you need to bring your voucher. For Wet SphereCraze please bring additional set of clothes for change (we recommend shorts and T-shirt and a towel). For Dry SphereCraze you just need to have your shoulders covered.
3. What happens if my booking is cancelled due to the weather?
You can rebook for another day, just email to info@oxbold.com with your original booking date and name and the new date you would like to book for.
4. Which ride is faster and more extreme?
Both experiences are very different although the Wet is more extreme as you are going head over heels with water splash around you.
5. How big are the balls?
The balls stand 3 meters high.
6. What is the difference between Dry and Wet SphereCraze?
Dry SphereCraze - Two people will be harnessed safely inside the ball facing each other then go head over heels down our run with a few bounces!

Wet SphereCraze - Two people dive inside facing each other then go head over heels down with the equivalent to 2 buckets of water inside the Sphere ball. When launched, both of you will get wet as the ball rotates together with you.
7. Are there any height weight or age restrictions for SphereCraze?
Dry SphereCraze - Must be minimum 4ft 10 high and maximum joint weight must not exceed 28 stone (180kg)
Wet SphereCraze - Age 6 and over. Parents or a guardian over 18 must accompany anyone under 18 on the day of the experience and countersign a waiver form.
8. Can I just buy a SphereCraze experience without booking the date?
Yes you can, our SphereCraze Vouchers make great gifts and can be purchased all year round. Once the voucher has been given, the participant can then book their experience in their own time. Please call us minimum one or two days before you redeem your activity. Just ensure there is a SphereCraze activity on that day.
9. Can I come to SphereCraze without a gift voucher?
Yes you can, there is a facility to buy and book your date online. Once your transaction has been completed your name, IC or passport number will be lock on the day for your SphereCraze ride. Just inform our guides on duty about your name or IC/passport number. Then you can proceed with your activity.
10. When can I make my booking for my SphereCraze Experience?
Purchases for rides and gift vouchers can be made all year round. The activitty will be available for all weekend to book your SphereCraze experience.
11. What do I need to wear during SphereCraze activity?
Dry SphereCraze - You can wear your everyday clothing as long as your shoulders are covered.
Wet SphereCraze - You get wet through so we recommend shorts and a T-shirt, so you definitely need to bring an extra set of clothes!
12. When do you have to cancel the SphereCraze experience?
SphereCraze is most affected by wind speed and direction, and therefore due to Health & Safety. OXBOLD and our guides on duty will cancel the event if:
- Wind speed exceeds 20mph.
- ANY downwind happen during Dry SphereCraze acitivty.
- Downwind exceeds 14mph during Wet SphereCraze activity.
13. Do you have changing facilities?
We are planning to put a mobile changing room soon!
14. Can we bring spectators?
You certainly can, the venue have a seating area so you can bring your friends and families to watch!
15. Can I take pictures?
Yes you can!
16. How long will I be on site?
For individual bookings please allow 1 hour. For group booking depending on how many rounds and changing of Dry and Wet SphereCraze Experience rides.
17. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept CASH payment as well as cheque prior to your activity date. Credit and Debit cards are done in the PayPal via our website. Pay on the spot will be added extra RM5 per person.
18. When do you operate SphereCraze Zorb Ball?
We are only operating for all weekend only.
