Booking Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS
All activities booking must make at least 7 days in advanced to ensure your placement is available due to some circumstances that unavoidable and out of our control, for example:

Weather Conditions, monsoon affected activities, available of the aircrafts, drift cars, pilots, instructors, guides & etc, resort room availability, coach arrangement, insurance purchase, permit application etc.
We are engage with experienced people who are experts in their respective fields, which may also involved in international competitions, events, trainings and/or projects.

Please to be reminded that, for booking less than 72 hours prior to your activities date will be considered as 'Last Minutes Booking'. A surcharge will be imposed to your booking.

Changes of bookings cannot be made through this website, and must be made directly with your email respond. Changes to bookings cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

At the completion of the booking process you will receive a notice stated you had sent an email to us and our team will response to your email within 24 to 48 hours.

For group booking that more than 20 people and above, more time is required to coordinate. Hence please book in advanced to ensure allocation availability of your group.

All booking will be based on full payment prior to the activities date with minimum 3 days for 1 to 2 person/FIT and 7 days above for group booking. A Confirmation Letter will be issued after full payment is received by us. Your Confirmation Letter will list out all the important information for your booking like your name, type of activity, date and time of activity. It also includes the contact person name and phone number of your instructor, guide and driver (If you hire a coach/car/van from us), Google map link, GPS coordination code and etc.

PAYMENTS
Payment can be made via Interbank Transfer, Cash, ATM Deposit, PayPal (please include Paypal Tax in your payment) and Cheque (Confirmation Letter will be issued after your cheque payment is cleared).

No further charges will be imposed by us by using this website relating to your payment transaction or currency charges. You may incur additional currency conversion charges from your bank or Credit Card companies. If you pay in other currency beside Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) (eg Euro, US Dollar, British Pound etc), you must include the bank service charges.

CANCELLATIONS
Bookings made on this website can be cancelled by reply directly from the email that you sent the booking form. Cancellations can be made via email at any time in advance of arrival date. The following conditions apply to cancellations received on email as following:

Note: the number of days will be difference depend on activities, please check the Cancellations policy of each sports/activities you are signing up!

• 14 (Fourteen) days prior to arrival with email or call notice: Full Refund
• 7 (Seven) days prior to arrival: Charge 20% from total package amount
• 3 (Three) days: Non Refundable
• Insurance payment is non-refundable
• Coach/Van/Car transport services is non-refundable
• No show or UN-USED Service, 100% of payment made will be forfeited

REFUNDS
The insurance coverage and coach/transport services are non-refundable. We practice 100% Money Back GUARANTEE on sports packages to our clients, if you fulfil our booking, payment and cancellation policy.

OXBOLD Sports Sdn Bhd will provide Insurance as an optional purchase to our customers. Please inform us if you required Insurance for your activities/tour &/or packages. You may read our Insurance Coverage Benefits at the Add On Services page.

If you are looking for a great vacation in Malaysia with an outback adventure, then we would like to welcome you abroad Outback to Bernam, Perak. You will be flying a plane, and driving an off-road 4X4 into forest. Sounds adventure?

You will kick-off from Subang Skypark and touch down in either Segamat Airfield in Johor. Your adventure start when you enter the airplane. You will fly with our pilot using the Cessna aircraft. A ground briefing will be conducted before you get airborne. You've just taken the first step toward becoming a new pilot! Flying will open up new worlds and new possibilities. This will be "The High of Your Life" to be part of this exclusive program.

Imagine being a pilot for a day to fly 60 minutes journey and landed in Segamat Airfield in Johor; it was a green, breezy and cosy big field! Guaranteed a wonderful short break from the hustle and bustle city!

A four wheel drive (4WD) adventure is one not to be missed. You will be first attending the Land Rover Driving Academy briefing. After finish your off-road driving academy, you will head deeper into the forest. With its rugged terrain and unpopulated plains, it's the perfect place to embark on an off-road adventure.

In addtion, if you want the experience to continue. In the airfield, you can do something really special for your parents, couple, friends by a plane parking next to your lunch table and will be set at runway!

Your adventure continue the with flying a plane back to Subang Skypark. You may even switch places with your loved one or families member to let him/her experience being a pilot for a day too! Then you both can share the wonderful feeling of flying a plane together. The outback adventure is a non-stop action pack, fun and memorable for you, your spouse and familes for a lifetime.

NOTE: Always inform someone of your travel plans - especially if you intend to go off the beaten track. Any four wheel drive adventure requires drivers to take necessary precautions to ensure a safe journey. The vehicle will be properly equipped with a comprehensive tool, technician, puncture repair and first aid kit, as well as sufficient water and food. In the event of a breakdown stay with your vehicle - it is easier to find than an individual.

Things you need to know
  Minimum age is 10
  Maximum weight is 100 kg per person. 
  You must have a valid driving license and NO 4X4 driving experience is required as you    will be attended the off-road driving academy from us.
  Flying may be cancelled, delay or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain    and thunder storm) which would make flying not possible.
  Participants are required to sign an indemnity form before participating; this is carried out    at activity site.

 Indemnity Form
Each participant is required to sign an indemnity form before the tour commences.

Safety
Safety briefing will be conducted on land before the participants enter the aircraft and then further instruction is conducted in the activities site before we set off for the adventure trip. For water arfting all our guides carry throw bags(rescue rope) and wear PFDs (life jacket) which are designed for swift water rescue in order to carry two persons should the need arise.
