We share your passion. We’ve designed a series of aircraft flying package that will take you from student to a pilot — and a flight experience that is second to none.

Want to experience flying an airplane in an aircraft or helicopter? You will fly with our pilot using the aircraft of your choice for 20 to 30 minutes flight depend on package and a 30 minutes ground briefing will be conducted before you get airborne and after the flying, you will receive a certificate for taking part in this exclusive program.

By signing up for this package, you've just taken the first step toward becoming a new pilot! Flying will open up new worlds and new possibilities. This will be "The High of Your Life". Longer flights and further pilot training courses are available upon request.

Safety
Safety briefing will be conducted on land before the participants enter the aircraft. Participant must follow all safety instruction. Please switch off mobile phones while in the air field.

The Cessna 172 was first produced in the mid 1950's and they are still being produced today. Except for the changes in avionics and some little design change in the tail, the original Cessna 172 is very similar what's being manufactured today.

ITINERARY for One Day Pilot


Arrival	Meet at Subang Skypark McD Or Starbuck Coffee. Greet your Pilot / Captain and sign the Indemnity Form.

20-30 minutes	Aircraft introduction and safety briefing given by pilot.

20 minutes	Check-In for aircraft inspection and ready for Take Off.

20 minutes	Flight take-off and become Pilot for a day to hands on flying the airplane yourself! COOL!

10 minutes	Landing and photo session with pilot and receiving Certificate!

Fitness, Health & Experience:
While good health and a positive mental attitude are essential, you do not need to have prior experience. OXBOLD and our pilots reserve the right to refuse to carry any client who is deemed to endanger the safe running of the trip. "Pregnant women will be refused participation"

Indemnity Form:
Each participant is required to sign an Indemnity Form before flight take-off / activity.

Security:
Please do not bring any valuable items inside the aircraft. We are not responsible for valuable item loss during the activity.

Responsibility:
OXBOLD and our pilots reserve the right to make such alteration to departure and completion dates, due to weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control including minimum safe running numbers, before and whilst on the package.

Subang Skypark
Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport , often called Subang Airport, is an airport located in Subang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia, and primarily serves general aviation and some turboprop domestic flights.

Although plans existed to convert the airport into a low-cost carrier hub, the change was opposed by Subang Jaya residents. Subang Skypark is currently the hub of Berjaya Air and Firefly.

By Car
Just use the Federal Highway from Kuala Lumpur toward Subang and Shah Alam route. You can find the Airport signboard. Just follow it and you will reach Subang Airport.

By Private Coach
Just inform us which hotel or where you want to pick up. We will arrange the coach to pick you up and return. Rates differ from the pick-up point and number or people per coach. Please call us 019-6638336 to arrange a coach service for you.

Terms and Conditions

Liability:
Clients should note that an adventure activity involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the action of clients which are beyond our control. A signed release or Indemnity Form will be required from all participants from OXBOLD and our pilots before the activies start at the site.

Responsibility:
OXBOLD and our pilots reserve the right to make such alteration to availability of aircrafts, departure and completion dates, air flying time. reducing the extent of a activity, etc, that we deem necessary due to road and weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control including minimum safe running numbers, before and whilst on a trip. OXBOLD and its partners, pilots, management and its staff shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any injuries or loss or damage to client whose participating in the One Day Pilot Experience (Liability Release Form will be signed by participants before flight take-off).

OXBOLD and Aviation staff reserve the right to cancel or reschedule one day pilot experience due to weather, serviceability or availability of aircrafts or unforeseen circumstances. Reschedule for one day pilot experience only apply if there is bad weather or unforeseen circumstances agree by both parties. All activities may be rescheduled for the same activity to another suitable day without penalty with at least 48 hours notification. Activities scheduled outside of regular business hours (9am - 6pm) must be rescheduled before the close of business on the day before.

Please be in airport destinated waiting point 15 minutes before the flight and be punctual.

Customer can change your mind later to reschedule or change of passenger name with minimum 48 hours before the activities date. This will be subjected to RM50 processing fee for each changes of time and name.

OXBOLD reserve the right to change the prices without notice.

Fitness, Health & Experience:
While good health and a positive mental attitude are essential. Valid to anyone who age is 12 and above and in good health condition. When flying with OXBOLD Sports, it is expected that you are agile - i.e. you should be able to get in and out of a family car unassisted. OXBOLD and our pilots reserve the right to refuse to carry any client who is deemed to endanger the safe running of the flight.

The flight may not be suitable for persons who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, recent head injuries, recurrent fainting, blackouts, high blood pressure, heart conditions or back problems. If in any doubt participants should seek the medical advice of their GP prior to booking.

Indemnity Form:
Each participants is required to sign an indemnity form in the site before the activity commences.

Insurance:
Clients are advised to be insured. All our activity package rate are excludes the insurance coverage. However, we encourage clients/participants to be insured. The particular we required from participants to submit is full name as in identity card, IC or Passport number. Maximum age limit is 60 years old and in good healthy with medical proof. Insurance can be provided at an extra cost on request.

Payment Condition:

Deposit 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking OR full payment must be made one week before the flight. In case of cancellation, 20% of the deposit will be forfeited. Balance payment to be made in 7 working days prior to departure of activity as the cut off date for any booking.
Payment should be by cash or cross cheque to OXBOLD bank account.
No Refund will be entertained in case of NO SHOW or UN-USED Service without informing OXBOLD in advance with minimum 48 hours before the trip.
Postponement notice must be provided by OXBOLD or our pilot & partner due to bad weather or which high risks is unavoidable, all payment will be transferred to a later date agreed by both parties.
Postponement notice from participants must be provided by email or in writing within 2 working days prior to departure for day activity and 14 working days for multiple days trip to qualifiy for an alternative date. Maximum to one time postpone notice allowed from customers / participants. Insurance payment is non-refundable or transferable. Full refund will be entertained to participant who agreed and bound to our terms and conditions.
Once payment made. Participants will received a Confirmation Letter OR Email from OXBOLD. Only booking with confirmation letter and email consider as VALID booking (Please insist of Confirmation letter once you made the payment).

We pay 100% Money Back GUARANTEE to our clients. If you fulfill our payment and cancellation policy below. We will pay back full amount to you! We believe in trust and committed to our services to all our clients.

Cancellation:

Guest must forward a written notice within the following period:

14 (Fourteen) days prior to arrival: Full Refund
7 (Seven) days prior to arrival: Charge 20% from total package amount
2 (Two) days: Non Refundable
Insurance payment is non-refundable.
No show or UN-USED Service, 100% cancellation fee will be imposed.
Guest may have option to change current reserved schedule to other convenience date.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, making it impossible or inadvisable to fly, we ('OXBOLD') and our partners reserve the right to change to another schedule or cancel the flight to our absolute discretion. In such eventuality, agreed by both parties. A full refund shall be given to the client who calls us to cancel the package (hereafter referred to as "activity" or "activities") at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity. All activities shall be subject to a full cancellation fee if cancelled in less than the 24 hours. Full refund will be made against 'OXBOLD' to our clients who can't proceed to the next activity schedule with valid reason. No shows are clients who do not cancel but who miss their activity for any reason. No shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and shall not be entitled to any refund. All refunds for activities shall be made within 7 days from date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed upon original confirmatoin letter / receipt. Activities already taken are nonrefundable.

What is One Day Pilot?

One Day Pilot program is special design for people who want to flying an aircraft or helicopter by doing it a hand on experience. It might be someone dream who wish to fly an aircraft or helicopter or it's your dream. Now, this is the opportunity for you to sign up the One Day Pilot and become a pilot and to take control of the aircraft. You may offer this pilot course or buy it as a Gift Vouchers to someone else to make their dream come true. Whether you want to become a pilot or decide to continue your training to become a fully-qualified pilot, you will gain a great sense of achievement.

Is there an age limit?

We have no upper age limit. So long as you are fit and agile, e.g. that you can get in and out of a family car without assistance, then you will be able to fly with us. However, please be aware that participants on the One Day Pilot program must be 18 years of age or older. Passenger minimum 4 years old above.

Is there a height restriction?

To fly in any of the aircraft or Helicopters, you need to be a minimum of 5' tall and not taller than 6'4".

Is there a weight restriction?

All aircraft or helicopter there is a 550lbs / 250kg weight limit for passenger (excludes pilot). Participants should notify OXBOLD prior to booking the flight date if a member of their party is over this weight.

Is One Day Pilot Safe?

Yes, if you know what you're doing and go through proper training and understand what the pilot ask you to do.

If I only have 1 person, can I still book the package?

Yes! You may. All flight required minimum 1 person prior time of booking.

Can I bring passengers along during my flight?

Yes! If you are flying in the Helicopter, it has three (3) more seats left. For Fix Wing Aircraft only Two (2) more seat left and so it is possible for you to bring along INTERESTED PARTIES to observe your flight. If you require OXBOLD staff to help you to take picture and video during your flight course, you must reserve 1 seat for us. However, you need to give us an advance notice on this arrangement!

Can I bring a camera along?

Yes! Flying is an amazing experience, so please feel free to bring along a camera.

How do I book my flight?

If you have received a Gift Voucher for a flight experience with OXBOLD Sports, you will need to contact us to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for your flight. Else you just need to send in an email to book, we have a few questions for you to fill into the booking form on top of this page.

How long is my voucher valid for?

All vouchers are valid for 6 months unless special cases. Vouchers may be extended for a period of two more months at an additional cost of RM50 payable prior to the voucher expiry date.

Can I upgrade my voucher?

Yes you can! If you would like to add extra time to your voucher or fly in a larger aircraft, all you have to do is let us know when you contact us to arrange your flight experience. You can then pay the additional cost incurred when you upgrade it.

Can I transfer my voucher?

Yes your voucher is transferable! You can change the name on the voucher and transfer it to another person, but you must notify OXBOLD Sports at least 48 hours before the flight.

Can I book more flight course or extend the duration of my flights?

You certainly can! If you enjoy your flight in a helicopter, then why not continue your experience in Fix Wing Aircraft experience OR keep learning and go for a Private Pilot License (PPL). To extend the duration of your fly time, just pay the balance of the package rate.

How fit do I need to be?

When flying with OXBOLD Sports, it is expected that you are agile - i.e. you should be able to get in and out of a family car unassisted. The flight may not be suitable for persons who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, recent head injuries, recurrent fainting, blackouts, high blood pressure, heart conditions or back problems. If in any doubt participants should seek the medical advice of their GP prior to booking.

What should I wear?

Casual & Smart: Trousers, long jeans, T-shirt,. Sport Shoes

What happens if there is bad weather?

Lightning: In the event of a locally severe lightning storm, flight may stop or wait for rain stop. Flight may be delayed if a storm is occuring at the airport / fly zone. All flight will be approved by the Control Tower and it's out of pilot and OXBOLD control and knowledge. If the rain keep continue and flight may be cancelled or postpone to a later date. In the case of a flight cancellation, guests are offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept CASH payment as well as cheque prior to your flight date. Credit and Debit cards are done in the PayPal via our website.

What does the package rate cover?

Brief theory of flight, aircraft introduction, rules of the air and radiotelephony before the flight. 20 to 30 minutes flight time which you will have hand on flight course beside take-off and landing. If our pilot felt you are confident to handle the landing, you will that special chance as well.
