Overview
We share your passion. We’ve designed a series of aircraft flying package that will take you from just for fun or student to pilot — and a flight experience that is second to none.

Want to experience flying an airplane in an aircraft or helicopter? You will fly with our pilot using the aircraft of your choice for 30 minutes. A 30 minutes ground briefing will be conducted before you get airborne and after the flying, you will receive a certificate for taking part in this exclusive program.

By signing up for this package, you've just taken the first step toward becoming a new pilot! Flying will open up new worlds and new possibilities. This will be "The High of Your Life". Longer flights and further pilot training courses are available upon request.

They're designed to get you into the air for a hand’s on evaluation of flight. A One Day Pilot is fun, safe, and inexpensive!

Information
1. Course can be modified or created to suit group booking.

3. Unfortunately we are unable to make refunds on cancellations made less than
    24 hours prior to departure.
4. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any lesson due to weather,
    serviceability or availability of aircrafts or unforeseen circumstances.

Safety
Safety briefing will be conducted on land before the participants enter the aircraft. Participant must follow all safety instruction. Please switch off mobile phones while in the air field.

ITINERARY for One Day Pilot


9:30am	Meet at Subang Skypark Entrance (Meeting Point 1) Starbuck Coffee OR Meet at Registration / Security Gate (Meeting Point 2). Sign the Liability Release Form.

9:45am	Aircraft introduction and safety briefing will be given by pilot.

10:15am	Ready to take-off with communication to control tower.

10:40am	Landing

10:50am	Photo session with pilot

Fitness, Health & Experience:
While good health and a positive mental attitude are essential, you do not need to have prior experience. OXBOLD and our pilots reserve the right to refuse to carry any client who is deemed to endanger the safe running of the trip. "Pregnant women will be refused participation"

Indemnity Form:
Each participant is required to sign an Indemnity Form before flying take-off.

Security:
Please do not bring any valuable items inside the aircraft. We are not responsible for valuable item loss during the activity.

Responsibility:
OXBOLD and our pilots reserve the right to make such alteration to departure and completion dates, due to weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control including minimum safe running numbers, before and whilst on the package.

HOW TO GET THERE

Subang Skypark
Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport , often called Subang Airport, is an airport located in Subang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia, and primarily serves general aviation and some turboprop domestic flights.

Although plans existed to convert the airport into a low-cost carrier hub, the change was opposed by Subang Jaya residents. Subang Skypark is currently the hub of Berjaya Air and Firefly.

By Car
Just use the Federal Highway from Kuala Lumpur toward Subang and Shah Alam route. You can find the Airport signboard. Just follow it and you will reach Subang Airport.

By Private Coach
Just inform us which hotel or where you want to pick up. We will arrange the coach to pick you up and return. Rates differ from the pick-up point and number or people per coach. Please call us 019-6638336 to arrange a coach service for you.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

For reservations and info for the one day pilot experience, please use reservation form or call us to enquire. If you have a group and the number is sufficient to start the this package, you can fix your convenient date and we will do our best to accommodate your request on anyday based on serviceability or availability of aircrafts, pilots and weather permitted.

Below are our terms, conditions and policies for One Day Pilot Experience cancellations, no shows, refunds, and reschedule policy.

All booking for the One Day Pilot Experience must be at least 7-14 days before the actual date of your flying date. As we need to apply for your
          flying permission, lock your air time and payment for your flight. Give us time for the administration work and smoothen your flying experience.

Full payment must be made before the flight. Last payment date is one week (7 days) prior to the flight.

Reschedule for one day pilot experience only apply if there is bad weather or unforeseen circumstances agree by both parties.

All activities may be rescheduled for the same activity to another suitable day without penalty with at least 48 hours notification. Activities
        scheduled outside of regular business hours (9am - 6pm) must be rescheduled before the close of business on the day before.

A full refund shall be given to the client who calls us to cancel the package (hereafter referred to as "activity" or "activities") at least 48 hours
         prior to the scheduled activity. All activities shall be subject to a full cancellation fee if cancelled in less than the 24 hours.

No-shows are clients who do not cancel but who miss their activity for any reason. No-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and
         shall not be entitled to any refund.

All refunds for activities shall be made within 7 days from date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed upon original confirmatoin letter/
         receipt. Activities already taken are nonrefundable.

Valid to anyone who age is 12 and above and in good health condition.

OXBold and its partners, pilots, management and its staff shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any injuries or loss
         or damage to client whose participating in the One Day Pilot Experience (Liability Release Form will be signed by participants before flight
         take-off).

OXBold and Aviation staff reserve the right to cancel or reschedule one day pilot experience due to weather, serviceability or availability
         of aircrafts or unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance will not be covered from the one day pilot experience package. Client must have their own insurance coverage.

OXBold reserve the right to change the prices without notice.
